Dear Sir/Madam,
We're organizing a training event next year, 14 to 18 Feb 2022, in Pecanwood Estate at Hartbeesspoort Dam, expecting 10 to 12 participants. I'm currently looking for a caterer/chef to take care of the food needs of the group. The idea is:
Tea / coffee / juice with some light snack around 8:30 am (we start at 9)
Brunch at 11 am
Afternoon snack at 2 pm
Diner at 6 pm
The brunch and snacks may be drop-offs. But, we prefer to have someone onsite to ensure dinner is a special moment of the day with fresh food. We will take care of the basic drinks need of the event, like coffee/tea/juice/water.
