Catering Job - Salt Rock, KZN, 4391

We are looking for a caterer for an intimate wedding in Salt Rock in April 2023. Max 25 people. Wedding on the beach.

-NO GLUTEN - NO PORK

Entrée:
- Harvest Table (selection of cold meats, crackers, fruit, jam, liver pate, selection of cheeses)

Menu requirements:
- Chicken a la King
- Leg of Lamb
- Chicken Lasagne
- Mixed Vegetables (grilled)
- Creamed Spinach
- Rice
- Baked Potatoes

Wedding cake/Dessert
- Cheese Cake (no gluten)
- Milk Tartlets, koeksisters, chocolate brownies

We also need someone to help with decor. We live in PTA and will only be at the venue 2 days prior to the wedding.
