Good evening,
We have a need for a bathroom renovation project to be done in Welgelegen, Parow area at our new home which we will take occupation of with effect from 31 August 2022. We will supply all products to be installed and materials to be used, and therefore require a detailed quote for work packages to be performed with progress payments on the project for successful of each stage. Briefly details are as follows:
- All existing Wall and Floor Tiles, Bath, Basin, and Toilet to be removed; as well as all taps and 1 brick wall of shower.
- All rubble to be removed by contractor.
- Install new bath, basin, vanity, toilet, taps and new shower doors.
- New floor and wall tiles to be laid.
- To start preparatory work and removal work of the job on +- 01 September 2022.
- Products an materials to be delivered by supplier on 03 September 2022. Thank you.
