Architect Job - Strand, WC, 7139

I am looking to extend my home at 67 Munnik / 98 Sarel Cilliers in the Strand. I want to put as many apartments as possible 2 / 3 beds building up without affecting the big house. It may including removing that pool which takes a lot of space. Can you assist.
